Charge Foundation’s goal is to supercharge the next generation, build leadership skills and mindset, and give them the opportunity to work on big-hairy-audacious problems right now.
The emphasis is right now, because, I promise you, there are incredibly easy things kids can do now to solve massive problems of humanity. This Summer, school kids have an opportunity to become Changemakers.
Changemakers work with City Governments and other public and private entities to solve a complex problem: range anxiety, which prevents people from buying Electric Vehicles. Solving range anxiety accelerates EV adoption.
Accelerating EV adoption has domino effects: First, it accelerates renewables. Renewables solve a spectrum of problems: cheap and abundant clean energy, air and water pollution, energy security, etc. Nearly all diseases are now linked to pollution. Just the health benefits alone save trillions of dollars every year.
This is a high-level overview and you must have questions. We have info sessions every Saturday.
